Take a leap take a step
Life depends on breath
To the run, use your feet,
Until you fall again, fall again and
Not to steep, not to deep,
Further than the end
Going on going strong,
Rather then, rather then and
Come to far, come to close
So much closer then
To the run, to the beat
Move your feet move you feet and
Run away, run to stay
Run to keep the pace
To begin with a trace
Rather then, rather then and
Where are you now, constantly moving
Constantly searching for ways of your own
Do as you please, pleased to be at ease
Easy is allied with skills from the past
Look back take the lead
If you break, you mend
Off track, try to breathe
Rather then never end and
End is close, closing in
Closer than you thought
Further on never stop
Never end never end and,
Where are you now, constantly moving
Constantly searching for ways of your own
Do as you please, pleased to be at ease
Easy is allied with skills from the past
Where are you now, stranger to the known
Walk beside yourself to come further than
Come from afar, constantly moving
Could you be moving away from the end?

“Euzen” is an old Greek expression by Aristoteles. Directly translated “eu” means “to” and “zen” means consciousness,
Aristoteles explained the meaning of Euzen to be the path to the good life and that the good life is to fulfil your true nature. When we interpret this into music, Euzen follows....more
This might be my favourite of Heilung. They've improved a bit on their later releases but their debut is still much meaner, and darker. Maria's amazing voice obviously steals the show but I also quite like Kai's too, especially on the live performance. In fact I'd say get LIFA over this IMO.
The spoken word bits are really cool to hear proto-germanic in use but for relistening purposes they are going to be a bit obtrusive. Nevertheless the proper music here is on continual repeat for me. Rabbit
i like this version better than the original. The middle part has that aggression that makes the excellent balance with the beginning and ending of the song. owlobo
