Vividly think that irony sinks you’re wreckedly, rickidly falling apart
Dazzled by grace, sound in your face, sense of it all is unnervingly sharp and,
R id of it all, crawl until you fall and I
Know what awaits, no common faith
Your mind will be thicker and sticky to those
Who know how it goes, is drawn by your pulse
Someone who’s pleading for you to come close and
Try and be gone
Try and get lost again
Will to survive, live cause you die, learning by doing is better than not,
You know how you fought, to flee from the plot,
Your working your way to avoid getting caught and,
Time to be rough,
Time to adjust again
A single sound
Will tear the ground
It sings with
A billion souls
Will tear a hole
To fall through
Run away you fool
You should run away
To the hill, to the moon, to the sky
Run fast, don’t fail just try
Could it be, can’t you see
This is not our place to be
We did all that we could we were much to good
Defeat us all completely
Who take the blame, who feels ashamed
Who needs to flee while the rest twitch in pain
A multiple cry is shredding the sky
An infinite number not ready to die and,
Where could we go?
Is there a way out there?
Survive again I see the end
It’s drawing near, it’s drawn by fear
No time for debate, already to late
To eliminate our own devastate,
Our time is up; we’ve set the date
By doing nothing we’ve fucked up our fate
It was our call
We’ve spoiled our chances, now
A single sound
Will tear the ground
It sings with
A billion souls
Will tear a hole
To fall through
Fly away you fool
You should fly away
To the hill, to the moon, to the sky
Fly fast, don’t fail just try
We did wrong, much too wrong
Should have seen it all along
Time to flee while you can
Time to understand
We spoiled our chance completely

“Euzen” is an old Greek expression by Aristoteles. Directly translated “eu” means “to” and “zen” means consciousness,
Aristoteles explained the meaning of Euzen to be the path to the good life and that the good life is to fulfil your true nature. When we interpret this into music, Euzen follows....more

This might be my favourite of Heilung. They've improved a bit on their later releases but their debut is still much meaner, and darker. Maria's amazing voice obviously steals the show but I also quite like Kai's too, especially on the live performance. In fact I'd say get LIFA over this IMO.
The spoken word bits are really cool to hear proto-germanic in use but for relistening purposes they are going to be a bit obtrusive. Nevertheless the proper music here is on continual repeat for me. Rabbit

i like this version better than the original. The middle part has that aggression that makes the excellent balance with the beginning and ending of the song. owlobo
